Never ignore bleeding per rectum
You might be bleeding from the bottom if you have
  • red streaks on the outside of your stools 
  • pink water in the toilet bowl
  • bloody diarrhoea
  • very dark, smelly stools  (this can be blood mixed in stools)

Symptoms ——– Possible causes

1.Bright red blood and pain at the bottom, itchy bottom, lumps likely piles (haemorrhoids)

2.Bright red blood and pain during defecation  often after constipation a small tear in your anus (anal fissure)

3.Bright red blood without pain could be side effect of blood-thinning medication like warfarin or aspirin, broken blood vessels in the gut (angiodysplasia)

4..Bloody diarrhoea with clear slime, feeling and being sick tummy bug (gastroenteritis) history of food outside prior  can be an  Infection  

5.Bloody diarrhoea, tummy cramps and pain, feeling bloated an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)like ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease

6.Blood in stools , change in defecation habits (like  diarrhoea or constipation), slime with stools ,bowel polyps, early signs of bowel cancer 

To conclude get  investigated  if there is blood with stools
