Case scenario:

A 54 yr. old male was admitted with history of fatigue and generalized malaise of six weeks’ duration. He also complained of postprandial fullness and an episode of non-bilious vomiting. Systemic examination was normal.

Patient underwent Upper GI endoscopy  as shown in Fig A  

CT scan abdomen showed diffuse thickening in antral area (red arrow) Fig B .

The biopsy is shown in Fig C

What is the most likely diagnosis ?
