Clinical scenario

An 88 year old , thin built male presented with history of coffee ground vomiting 3 episodes .

After initial resuscitation an Upper GI endoscopy was done which revealed grossly dilated stomach and blackish fluid in stomach .

The scope was passed with mild resistance into duodenum .

There was no active bleeding and dark fluid was aspirated by therapeutic scope .

To rule out malignancy CT scan was done as shown below  .
